Meet Ronny, Founder of VYANA
Ronny is a Texas-licensed acupuncturist and the founder of VYANA Acupuncture & Holistic Medicine. She offers personalized acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine care, with a particular focus on chronic and musculoskeletal pain, digestive health, allergies, and pediatric care. Her approach combines compassionate listening with evidence-informed treatment, helping patients work toward greater comfort, well-being, and balance.
At VYANA, care begins with understanding the person behind the symptoms. Ronny takes time to explore each patient’s health history, daily habits, concerns, and goals, developing a treatment plan that reflects their individual needs. She also works with patients experiencing headaches, sleep difficulties, menopause symptoms, stress, and fatigue, adapting care as their needs change.
Nutrition and Chinese herbal medicine is a particular passion within her practice. When appropriate, personalized herbal formulas, nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations complement acupuncture and help patients take an active role in their care. For children, Ronny emphasizes gentle, age-appropriate treatment guided by their comfort level.
Ronny holds a Master of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine in Austin, Texas. She began her graduate studies at Emperor’s College in Los Angeles and completed her degree at AOMA after her family relocated to Austin in 2021. She is nationally board-certified through the National Certification Board for Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (NCBAHM).
Before pursuing Chinese medicine, Ronny earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel Aviv University and spent more than 15 years managing large-scale software projects within multinational companies. She brings the analytical thinking, attention to detail, and thoughtful problem-solving developed throughout that career to her approach to patient care, alongside a commitment to listening and understanding each person’s individual needs.
Through VYANA, Ronny aims to create a welcoming space where patients feel heard and gain a deeper understanding of their health, with attention to body, mind, and spirit. She combines individualized Chinese medicine care with education and guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, and self-care. This approach helps patients better understand their health, build confidence in caring for themselves, and take an active role in their healing journey.
